Product Description
Sawdust drier is designed and manufactured for drying sawdust, wood chips, tree bark and so on. With high capacity, little consumption of energy and little cost for maintaining, this machine is very popular in and out of China.
This type is air current sawdust drier. The wet materials are conveyed to the continuously drying tube continuously by screw conveyor. With the high-speed moving and dispersions of the hot air current, the moisture in the wet material is evaporated.
The equipment is mainly made up of air heater, batch charger, airflow drying tube, cyclone separating device and blower.
The advantage of this machine:
1. The drying area is large: Because the materials are highly dispersive in the airflow, so the whole area of the material is heated.
2. The drying is very fast.
3. This machine is of simple structure and small floor space, so it is very simply for installing and repairing.
4. High capacity and high heating efficiency. It's heating efficiency can reach 60% when work with unbound water.
